GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only in the United States.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 3-5 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using any major debit or credit card. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencie for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept returns . You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. You will not receive refund for non-eligible items such as Lingerie.

Are returns free to ship?
Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Street N Chic will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 1-2 days of receiving the package.

What would I do if I never received my order?
After the delivery of each package, we will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. In case you never received it, please contact us here as soon as possible.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.
